Prices and payment

The price shown for each item is inclusive of Swedish VAT. Your shopping cart will show the total cost inclusive of shipping. Your shoes will be made and shipped within 10 working days of the date you place your order.

You can also choose to pay by bank transfer. If you select prepayment, payment is made direct to our bank account.

Enter your name as the reference for your payment. We will make and ship the shoes to you once payment is received.

Order confirmation

Once you authorise your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email address.

14-day approval

You have 14 days in which to cancel your purchase or exchange your goods if you are not satisfied.

NB: Special rules apply to clogs ordered through the Clog Designer. See further details under Right to cancel below.
Clogs being returned must be unused and packed in their original packaging. You must pay the costs of the return yourself. Always get in touch with us by email before returning goods.
We will always let you know when we have received your return, so please retain your consignment reference until you have heard from us. We cannot be held responsible for, or replace, any returned packages lost in transit. We will refund payment for the goods within 5 working days of receipt.


Right to cancel and right to exchange

Clogs of your own design are unique and are made specially for you. There is no right to return for clogs ordered through the Clog Designer. The customer is responsible for the costs of any return and the shipping costs for any exchanged item.

In case of return, please place the shoes as shown in the picture: side by side so that the shoes are not pressed against each other and damaged!

Damaged or faulty goods

If there is an error with your order or an item is faulty, you should notify us by email as soon as possible. Nybrotoffeln will pay the cost of returning goods in such an event. If our consignment is damaged on arrival, you must inform the shipping agent and let us know immediately.


Shipping charge: 10 EUR

Delivery method

We use DHL to nearest servicepoint. You will get an email when the goods have been shipped. You can track your package by clicking on the link provided.

Please observe that shipping to postboxes and similar is not possible, the package will return by DHL immediately. Any costs due to wrong or incomplete adress is payed by the customer.
